Chili Cook-off Fundraiser
When the winter rains (and sometimes snow) are upon us, it feels like a great time for a warm bowl of soup! So, on February 16th at 12:15 pm, Sunnyside Mennonite Montessori School families and Portland Mennonite Church (PMC) folks will join forces for our third annual Chili Cook-off Fundraiser. Spring Plant Sale
Coming up in March 2025, SMMS will once again partner with New Leaf Greenhouse to offer high-quality plants for your yard and garden. Our annual plant sale starts on Friday, March 21st and will be open for about three weeks until Monday, April 17th. Selections usually include flowering annuals and perennials, veggie starts for the garden, and beautiful, long-lasting hanging baskets and patio planters. Bottle Drop
Do you recycle your cans and bottles? Will you support Sunnyside Mennonite Montessori School with your recycling? This year-round fundraiser involves collecting cans and bottles in blue Bottle Drop bags, and then returning them to designated drop locations. For each bag returned, SMMS receives approximately $8-10. If you live near the school, Hawthorne Fred Meyer is a quick and easy Bottle Drop location! Click here for additional locations. Need a bag?
